Patricia Rees

Although Tricia is not a professional baker, she has worked hard to understand how to be successful at making her own bread. She works full time and is an empty-nester, and the love of sourdough keeps her entertained and eager to learn as mucha s possible. Tricia is happy and excited to share her knowledge and hopes to pass along her passion for making bread to anyone willing to listen.
