Yes, Bronco Club is always excited when parents want to participate with their child. A background check is required. You will click on the link and complete the steps. Once the background check is complete, you will receive an email from Secure Volunteer. Please forward the completed background check information to BroncClub@mustangps.org. A background check does take a few days, so if there is a particular trip you want to attend, make sure you allow yourself enough time to complete. Here is the link: Parent Background Check

The Bronco Club After School Childcare program does accept drop-in care if a school site can accommodate the child. The drop-in rate, for children not already enrolled in the program, is $25 per day. The request for drop-in must be approved prior to the child attending Bronco Club. We require a 3-day notice to process drop-in care requests. If you have not received a confirmation of enrollment, your child has not been approved for drop-in care.
*Current Bronco Club attendees receive a drop-in rate of $20 per day.
Bronco Club Summer Camp does not accept drop-in care.
No, due to lack of participation in the past we no longer offer school break camps.

Online payments are accepted through this website. We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and Electronic Check (ACH) payments. You must register and enroll your child first. Currently, we have 10 spots at each elementary school site. Once those spots are full, you are placed on a wait list for when a spot becomes available. You will be notified via email that you have been placed on such list. It is impossible for us to predict how quickly our waiting list will progress. Therefore, we can NOT give an approximate entry date. When a space becomes available, we will contact you to verify your spot is still needed. Every effort will be made to get in contact with you. If we are unable to connect with you within three (3) days, we will move to the next family on our list.
Our waiting list is maintained according to the date we receive your enrollment contract through this site.
At the time of acceptance into the program, your contract will be approved and you will be charged the $25 non-refundable registration fee.
The daily rate of attendance is equivalent to $15.00 per day. Enrollees may attend 3, 4, or 5 days per week; however, they must attend the same number of days and the same days each week.
Rates:3 days = $45.004 days = $60.005 days = $75.00
Summer Camp 2024 Information:
Make the most of Summer Camp 2024 by planning and enrolling accordingly. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out - 405-376-7838!
Tuition is due by 11:59pm every Tuesday. Late payment fees of $15 will be applied every Wednesday.
Bronco Club staff members have evening responsibilities and are not expected to remain past closing time (5:40pm for elementary; 6:00pm for intermediate, 6:00pm for summer camp); although no child would ever be left unattended. A fee of $10 will be assessed for each five (5) minute increments a parent is late (e.g. 5:40:01pm arrival = $10 fee, 5:46pm arrival =$20 fee). If a child has not been picked up within 30 minutes of closing and attempts to contact parents and emergency contacts have been unsuccessful, the police and the Department of Human Services may be called.
Due to the way Eleyo is set up, when you add a child to your account, if they are going to be in Pre-K, you will select Kindergarten and then choose the school year they will be in kindergarten. For ex: if they will be in Pre-K in 2019, you will mark they will be in K in 2020.
Tuition is due every Tuesday by the 11:59pm. Late fees will be assessed on Wednesday if any account has a past due balance. Holidays and other scheduled school days off are not included in the calculation of the weekly rate. Tuition payments are made electronically through this system. Payments are no longer accepted at each school site.
Feel free to contact us with what's on your mind.
