  • Bronco Club After School and Summer Policies and Procedures.

    Our policies and procedures are listed in our handbook which is updated yearly. You can find this handbook on the Mustang Public Schools website under the Parents tab for Bronco Club. You can also click here: Bronco Club Parent Handbook.

  • Can I attend field trips with my child during summer camp?

    Yes, Bronco Club is always excited when parents want to participate with their child. A background check is required. You will click on the link and complete the steps. Once the background check is complete, you will receive an email from Secure Volunteer. Please forward the completed background check information to BroncClub@mustangps.org. A background check does take a few days, so if there is a particular trip you want to attend, make sure you allow yourself enough time to complete. Here is the link: Parent Background Check

  • Can parents attend summer camp field trips?

    Yes! Parents who volunteer for field trips must first complete a background check. Please click on the link: Background Check. Once you receive your approval, forward a copy to Broncoclub@mustangps.org and coordinate with us about the field trip.

  • Do you offer Drop-In Care?

    The Bronco Club After School Childcare program does accept drop-in care if a school site can accommodate the child. The drop-in rate, for children not already enrolled in the program, is $25 per day. The request for drop-in must be approved prior to the child attending Bronco Club. We require a 3-day notice to process drop-in care requests. If you have not received a confirmation of enrollment, your child has not been approved for drop-in care.  

    *Current Bronco Club attendees receive a drop-in rate of $20 per day.

    Bronco Club Summer Camp does not accept drop-in care. 

  • Do you offer services during school breaks?

    No, due to lack of participation in the past we no longer offer school break camps.

  • How are snow days/school cancellation credits applied?

    Bronco Club tuition is billed to accounts on the Friday before the tuition is due. When school is cancelled, Bronco Club is also cancelled for the day. Your account will be credited for any day Bronco Club is canceled if your child normally attends Bronco Club on that day. The credit will be reflected on your next invoice.  

  • How do I add an authorized pickup to my account from a computer?

    Log into your Eleyo account. From your dashboard, click into your account. On the left side will be a Manage Authorized Pickups button. Click the button, add your information and save. 

  • How do I add an authorized pickup to my account from my phone?

    Log into your Eleyo account. From your dashboard click into your account. There will be a Manage Authorized Pickups button, click it. Then scroll down to the add authorized pick up button and click. Add your information and then save. **NOTE - something to remember when adding from a phone. Depending on how fast your data or WiFi system you are using is, this process can take a few minutes. Please update this information prior to pick up of your child. 

  • How do I contact the Bronco Club Afterschool program?

  • How do I contact the Bronco Club Summer Camp program?

    If you have any questions in regards to enrollment or payments, please contact the district Bronco Club office at 405-376-7838 or 405-265-5238.

  • How do I find the menu options on my phone?

    Once you have logged into your Eleyo account, there will be a compass in the upper left hand corner. When you click on it, the menu options will appear. 

  • How do I obtain my tax information for the year?

    1. Log into your Eleyo account.
    2. Go to your dashboard and scroll down to "Your Accounts".
    3. Click on the child care contract you need.
    4. Look for the green "Download Tax Documents" button on the left side of your screen.
    5. Click the button, and Eleyo will show you the tax documents for each year your child was enrolled in our child care program.
    6. Choose the correct year and download the document.

  • How do I withdraw my child's contract using my computer?

    Bronco Club After School Care must be given a seven (7) notice to withdraw from the program. Notice allows billing adjustments to be made and additional fees to be avoided. Parents are responsible for tuition during the seven (7) day notice., If notice is not given, parents will be charged a minimum if one week's tuition. NO REFUND IS GIVEN DUE TO DISMISSAL FROM THE PROGRAM. 

    To withdrawal a Summer Camp contract, you must email Broncoclub@mustangps.org and make that request. 

    To make your withdrawal request, go to your Dashboard, click on Your Accounts, under Pending/Upcoming Contracts choose the contract to be withdrawan, and click withdraw contract to the left. 

  • How do I withdraw my child's contract using my phone?

    To make your withdrawal request, go to your Dashboard, click on Your Accounts, under Pending/Upcoming Contracts choose the contract to be withdrawn, and click withdraw contract to the left. 

  • I need to change my child's attendance days; what do I do?

    Bronco Club must be given seven (7) days notice to change days of attendance. Parents are responsible for original tuition rate during the seven (7) day notice. Notice allows billing adjustments to be made and additional fees to be avoided. When the change request is approved you will receive a confirmation email.  A $5.00 processing fee will be charged for every approval change request and will appear on the next scheduled invoice. 

    To make your change request, go to your Dashboard, click on Your Accounts, under Pending/Upcoming Contracts choose the contract to be changed, and click change schedule to the left. 

  • Is Bronco Club held on Parent/Teacher Conferences days?

    Because our program is administered by certified teachers, Bronco Club will be closed on the days of parent/teacher conferences. You will not be billed for tuition on these days if it is a day your child normally attends.

  • What are the hours of operation?

    After-School Program hours of operation:       Elementary - 2:40pm-5:40pm    Intermediate - 3:05pm-6:05pm

    Summer Camp Program is a weekly summer camp from 7:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday.

  • What are you policies in handling the COVID-19 Pandemic?

    Bronco Club will follow the same guidelines set forth by Mustang Public Schools. Please click here for more nformation: MPS Health/Safety Plan. We realize this is an ever-changing situation. We will make every effort to notify parents of any changes. 

  • What forms of payment does Bronco Club accept?

    Online payments are accepted through this website. We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and Electronic Check (ACH) payments. You must register and enroll your child first. Bronco Club will also accept cash payments which must be made at the Mustang Educational Resource Center located at 909 S. Mustang Road. Payments are not taken at the school site.

  • What if MPS cancels school? Will Bronco Club still be open?

    If Mustang Public Schools close school or cancel afterschool activities for any reason, Bronco Club is also canceled. Credit adjustments for tuition will appear on the next invoice. 

  • What is Bronco Club's waitlist process for the Pre-K after school program?

    Currently, we have 10 spots at each elementary school site. Once those spots are full, you are placed on a wait list for when a spot becomes available. You will be notified via email that you have been placed on such list. It is impossible for us to predict how quickly our waiting list will progress. Therefore, we can NOT give an approximate entry date. When a space becomes available, we will contact you to verify your spot is still needed. Every effort will be made to get in contact with you. If we are unable to connect with you within three (3) days, we will move to the next family on our list. 

    Our waiting list is maintained according to the date we receive your enrollment contract through this site. 

    At the time of acceptance into the program, your contract will be approved and you will be charged the $25 non-refundable registration fee. 

  • What is the cost for Bronco Club Afterschool?

    The daily rate of attendance is equivalent to $15.00 per day. Enrollees may attend 3, 4, or 5 days per week; however, they must attend the same number of days and the same days each week. 

    Rates:
    3 days = $45.00
    4 days = $60.00
    5 days = $75.00

  • What is the cost of summer camp?

    Summer Camp 2024 Information:

    1. Cost & Enrollment Deadlines: The camp cost is due at the time of enrollment. Your account will be charged the full amount when your contract(s) are approved.
    2. Enrollment Details: Since each week is an individual camp, please ensure you enroll your child(ren) separately for each desired week.
      • Example: If your child is enrolled in week 1, at the time the contract is approved, you will be charged $180.
      • Example: If your child is enrolled in weeks 1, 2, and 3, at the time the contracts are approved, you will be charged $510.

  • What is the late payment policy for the Afterschool program?

    Tuition is due by 11:59pm every Tuesday.  Late payment fees of $15 will be applied every Wednesday.

  • What is the late pick-up policy?

    Bronco Club staff members have evening responsibilities and are not expected to remain past closing time (5:40pm for elementary; 6:00pm for intermediate, 6:00pm for summer camp); although no child would ever be left unattended. A fee of $10 will be assessed for each five (5) minute increments a parent is late (e.g. 5:40:01pm arrival = $10 fee, 5:46pm arrival =$20 fee). If a child has not been picked up within 30 minutes of closing and attempts to contact parents and emergency contacts have been unsuccessful, the police and the Department of Human Services may be called. 

  • When I add my child there is not an option for Pre-K under the Grade?

    Due to the way Eleyo is set up, when you add a child to your account, if they are going to be in Pre-K, you will select Kindergarten and then choose the school year they will be in kindergarten. For ex: if they will be in Pre-K in 2019, you will mark they will be in K in 2020. 

  • When is tuition due?

    Tuition is due every Tuesday by the 11:59pm. Late fees will be assessed on Wednesday if any account has a past due balance. Holidays and other scheduled school days off are not included in the calculation of the weekly rate. Tuition payments are made electronically through this system. Payments are no longer accepted at each school site.
