    Bronco Club provides a fun, safe, and welcoming environment where children and young adults can enhance decision-making and problem-solving skills and explore individual expression. This program is for Pre-K through 6th grade. A contract for care must be submitted 7 days prior to your child’s start date. Learn in-demand skills like programming events and coding controls for a touch screen or keyboard and mouse. Finish by personalizing levels and characters with your own design. Now you are ready to upload your games to the Black Rocket cloud arcade and play on any mobile device or computer. Games can easily be shared with friends and family!     Join us for an exciting 3-day camp for fishermen and fisherwomen! This camp is for any youth wanting to learn how to start fishing or learn more about fishing in Oklahoma. Kids will learn the basics of fishing along with some fun and interesting topics and activities. Your camper will leave accustomed and confident in rod and reel fishing. All fishing gear supplied.   • From Dough to Delights: Flatbread Pizza & Pizza Panini (18+)

    Gain the skills to transform ordinary pizza into extraordinary. The key is in the dough and sauce, not just the toppings. Learn from Tess, known as the “pizza master” in her family, as she shows you the fun-filled world of flatbread pizza and pizza panini. Apart from cheese and toppings, homemade dough and sauce are the key ingredients used to create mouthwatering pizza. How much of each ingredient is needed? How are they put together to create a variety of magical pizza options? Tess will help answer these questions as she guides you in her latest pizza class where you'll create fantastic flatbread pizzas and pizza panini from scratch. If you're a part of a pizza loving family, join us! Dive into the world of pizza making and join the growing number of participants that enjoy Tess’s cook-along pizza classes. Experience why participants keep coming back for more. Take out pizza will become a thing of the past. On the menu: Wonderful Flatbread Pizzas, Pizza Panini, and Out-of-this-World Pizza Sauce. Two of Tess's personal recipes for different homemade dough will be used. One will be for flatbread pizzas and the other for the panini rolls that will be turned into pizza panini. Tess will provide step-by-step guidance and instruction to ensure the process is as simple as can be. You can personalize your flatbread pizzas and panini with toppings and fillings you choose. All recipes have been created by the instructor, and tested time and time again to ensure maximum flavor and ease. Choose which option you would like to make and watch a demonstration of the other or, if you feel up to it, make them both. Have your questions answered by Tess, interact with other participants as you cook-along, and increase your confidence in the kitchen. Equipment needs: Stand mixer is highly recommended in order to make both homemade doughs. Sheet pans will be used to bake the Panini rolls and flatbread pizza. No Panini press is needed (two heavy bottom pans can be used in place of press). More guidance will be included with ingredient packet. Participants will receive a list of ingredients in advance of the class to allow enough time for shopping and preparation. A professionally made PDF packet of the instructor's personal recipes from this class will also be received. As a bonus, Tess has created a private and public group on Facebook for participants of her classes. Everyone will receive an invite; joining is optional. Note: One registration fee for this online virtual class can include participants from the same household only. If children are participating, adult supervision is required. If you need to cancel one of Tess's classes and you have already been sent a recipe for the class, you will not receive a refund.     Make your LEGOs come to life! Bring in your favorite action figures or LEGOs and create a short film with your friends. Whether you want to recreate a scene from Star Wars or design a world of your own, this class brings your dreams to the screen. Students will need to bring in LEGOs and/or action figures from home, but all other equipment is provided.
