Join Kirsten live as she demonstrates a variety of recipes to brighten up your summer, including quick air fry vegetable-forward seasonal snacks plus a Blueberry-Ginger Shrub and Rosemary Lemon Syrup to liven up your warm weather beverages.

Participants need internet and a device with camera, microphone and speakers. Participants will receive an extensive handout along with the link to join prior to class. Look to your email the day prior to class for information. (Remember to check your spam folder if you don't see it). There will be ample time for questions during the session, and participants will receive a link to the recording afterwards so you can follow along at your convenience.

A champion of cookware who enjoys teaching Instant Pot and air fryer classes from her kitchen with three dogs underfoot.  Kirsten spends some days creating beautiful food sustainable while helping fight food insecurity at Chowgirls Catering. She has been eating with local intention and sharing how to make the most of the farm share via her website Farm Fresh Feasts for more than ten years.
