CE Summer 2022
Learn the basics of sewing while constructing your very own garment/costume. You will have an option of beginner-level patterns to choose from during the first class. From here you will learn everything from threading a sewing machine to simple hemming. Supplies needed will be your choice of fabric after choosing your pattern during the first class. Students will need to bring their own machine. Enrollment deadlines are: June class - 5/26/2022 & July class - 7/2/2022.
While attending Oral Roberts University, Amanda worked in the ORU costume shop and has gone on to do costume design and construction for several plays and musicals. She picked up many of her sewing skills from her mother before participating in the apprentice program in the costume shop at Music Theatre Wichita.
